Great image from the Center for Mental Health. When I first saw it, I went down the list of symptoms and was “uh-huh, yup” 🙂
That’s quite the list, isn’t it. Definitely not an easy way to live. It gets tired, living along, though. Although it seems easiest at times, it really is a beautiful thing when you can reach out and have others accept you, and your PTSD, and still love you.
For the first time in my life, I finally have this. I hope you do, too.
And for the people that love people with PTSD, your position is not an easy one! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for loving that person..or even that animal.
