Do you find yourself stalking your ex? Or your ex’s ex? This is simply NOT HEALTHY. Please recognize that you are not happy, that this behavior is very devolved. Please look inside yourself and seek guidance from a counselor or psychologist. You can’t be happy living this way.

It is so odd to have an ex that has a new partner who stalks you. Do not try too hard to understand it, again, it’s THEIR dysfunction, not yours. Â At times, you actually feel kind of sorry for them. These people waste their TIME and ENERGY stalking you, and they can never get that back. And stalking YOUÂ does not IMPROVE the quality of their life at all, in fact, it helps with the decline.
Just be happy you’re not them. They are apparently miserable and feel the need to go out of their way to make others miserable. It is a DIRECT REFLECTION OF THEMSELVES.Â

I had the pleasure of reading Warrior Rising this past Spring and it is a FABULOUS book about Mr. Linford’s experiences in wartime, his PTSD, and how he copes on a day to day basis.
This book is extremely insightful. If you have someone in your life who is a vet, or if you are that vet, or even if you have PTSD but were never in the military, you will still be able to relate.
In regards to our vets, they need so much more support. It’s heartbreaking. The suicide rates says it all. Help break the stigma about PTSD. Education is key.

If you are being stalked, please consider going to the authorities to protect yourself. Whether you are fearing a physical attack or a form of psychological abuse from your stalker(s), it may not end without police involvement. Please do not be shy.
You MUST shine a light on the situation. Stalking is THEIR shame, not YOURS.
Please visit the RCMP’s website to view more valuable information and how to proceed with your situation.
Your stalker(s) may be quite covert in their operations, or overt, depending on their level of confidence. If your stalker(s) is arrogant and obnoxious, at some point, they will most likely brag about their “dominance” over you.
Over time, some stalkers will harass you so much, you could WRITE A BOOK!
