Wow. Are YOU in this situation? Do you have someone who refuses to let you go and move on? Remember, this is THEIR dysfunction.
“In A Very Real Sense, The Relationship Is The Violence”
I find this very interesting. You should too. Especially if you’re one of the people who go out of their way to cause me grief. Your actions are twisted. And your violence, as an individual, and as a group, has to stop and it is being brought to attention to the necessary authorities.
And when it’s all over and done with, I hope you ask yourself if it was worth it.

Being grateful IS the KEY to happiness. Being in the moment. Not in the past, where chest crushing grief lives. Not in the future, where anxiety for the unknown can loom. Be thankful.
Another key to happiness? Loving yourself. Being KIND to yourself. It’s so necessary for healing.
And you NEED TO FIND NATURE. You need to be able to CONNECT to your INNER SELF. To be at one with Mother Nature. It’s so VITAL to healing and growth. Spend time at the ocean, in the forest, in the mountains, walking through a park, or a garden. I know it’s not possible for everyone to find nature and that’s a real shame. So for those of you that are able, you need to appreciate the opportunities that you are blessed with.
